So I’ve been continuing to work out, and I actually feel pretty good about most things. I say most, because my stomach is still very unpredictable. Some days I can run 4-5 miles without any issues, other days I encounter issues at 2-3 miles. That’s very um… discomforting. So I’m trying to go lactose free this week to see whether that’s the issue. I don’t think it is, but I have no idea (and I hope it isn’t anything medical).
Oh, and I swam 1550 yards tonight – 3×500 with 1 minute rests, and a 50 breatstroke for kicks. Woo fun. Fun bike ride set up with Noteware this weekend. She’ll meet up halfway and we’ll probably do 20-30 miles together.
